Results Framework Launch Session

The Pottstown Area Health & Wellness Foundation’s purpose is to help residents improve their health and well-being every day. One of the primary ways we aim to achieve our purpose and, ultimately, our mission is to partner with organizations in our service area by providing funding of solutions aimed at long-term improvement in healthy behaviors.

Join us on via Zoom on June 30 at 10 a.m. to learn more about the launch of the framework and the new LOI process and decision making procedures.

In the fall of 2020, we embarked on the next part of our journey to help us determine if we are achieving our mission and purpose. We realized that we needed to develop a results framework to measure our impact, as well as give us a way to measure the impact of our investments on the long-term sustainable change in our community and priority areas.

In developing the results framework, we aimed to get clear about what we seek to invest in moving forward, while ensuring that we incorporated the voice of our partners and the community.  As we head into the 2021 Fall Grant Cycle, we are excited to launch the framework and hold true to our overarching funding principle:

To foster a culture of transparency, equity, and learning in the community and with our partners.

2021 Fall Grant Cycle

So, what does this all mean?

As we enter the Fall Grant Cycle and get ready to launch our new framework, we want to share with our current and potential partners the framework including what we are trying to achieve and how we will invest to get there, but also be transparent about our decision-making processes from the Letter of Intent (LOI) to final application decisions.
