Pottstown Area Health & Wellness Foundation is a nonprofit community organization that serves communities within a 10-mile radius of Pottstown. Founded in 2003, the Foundation partners with nonprofits, local governments, and schools to ensure that every member of our community has the opportunity to embrace a healthy lifestyle.

For the upcoming fall grant cycle, which opens September 1, the Foundation is simplifying the process for grant applicants by eliminating the LOI round in favor of direct conversation with potential grantees. More information on the process will be posted to pottstownfoundation.org/grantmaking as the application open date approaches.
