Outdoor Events to Welcome Fall
Summer may be coming to an end, but there are so many fun outdoor events in the Pottstown Area this month to keep us active and connected as we head into the fall months. Here are just a few of the exciting activities happening in the area this month! For more, visit our events calendar.
TCHC Health Fair
Join TriCounty Health Council for a FREE health fair, Saturday, September 16 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for an event focused on maintaining good health. Open to all members of the community, this event will be outdoors at Montgomery County Community College’s South Hall, 101 College Drive, Pottstown. In addition, food vendors will be on hand for the event and activities include:

Ride for the River
Registration is open for the annual Ride for the River, hosted by Schuylkill River Greenways NHA.
Groups of riders will leave Riverfront Park starting at 9 a.m. to kick off a day of biking, music, food, and more on Saturday, September 16. The event is being held in collaboration with Sly Fox Brewing’s Can Jam event. Join in the morning for your choice of several race options. Then head over to Sly Fox where you can enjoy a complimentary beverage and food while listening to a great lineup of live music.
CCLU Latin Fest
Centro Cultural Latinos Unidos, Inc. (CCLU) is gearing up for one of its largest outdoor events of the year! The CCLU 8th Annual Latin Festival at Riverfront Park will take place Saturday, September 23, 2023, from noon to 5 p.m. The celebration of Latino culture includes family-friendly activities and fitness opportunities such as kayaking and bicycling.
Centro Cultural Latinos Unidos (CCLU) bridges American and Latino cultures in the Greater Pottstown Area and connects families with needed educational, recreational, legal, and health services.
Upper Pottsgrove Community Day
Upper Pottsgrove Community Day will take place Saturday, September 23 and goes from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Come out to 1420-1448 Heather Place to celebrate our community and enjoy food, vendors, door prizes, games, and more. The event will take place at Heather Place Park near the police station and is a great event for the whole family!
Pottstown FARM
Four more FARM Saturday markets are on the calendar for this year: September 16, September 30, October 14, and October 28 at Smith Family Plaza, 138 East High Street. Each FARM market morning runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and features farmers and artisans. In addition, special features each Saturday include live music, educational demonstrations, and more!
