New Year's Resolution: Healthy Living is a Marathon, Rather Than a Sprint
January marks the start of a new year, but for many people, it also marks the start of a renewed attempt to lose weight or get in shape. It becomes a race to see how fast they can build biceps or drop a pants size. However, good health is more than a fad diet plan or the latest exercise trend. Living a healthy lifestyle isn't a sprint—it's a marathon.

The Importance of Recess and Play for Both Kids and Adults
I ended up in Homesense a couple weeks ago, a new store in Exton that offers an array of furniture, rugs, lighting, office equipment, cooking utensils, etc. I resisted the initial requests from my wife to go in but eventually agreed…it was raining, we did not have our two kids with us, and honestly had nothing better to do. Adjacent to the collection of fake plants I stumbled upon the sanctuary of a bookshelf and picked up Mattel: 70 Years of Innovation and Play.

Health is not just a six letter word
What does the word health mean to you? For many of us, it brings up images of physical health. Disease avoidance, good cholesterol and blood pressure levels, watching our weights, getting good medical care, etc.
