TCN NonProfit Business Workshop 101

BUSINESS 101 for NONPROFITS

TCN has partnered with SCORE Mentors to bring their members and nonprofits a workshop on the basics of business.
According to the National Center on Charitable Statistics, the failure rate of nonprofits is over 30% within the first 10 years. The lack of money / poor business practices, lack of a business plan, lack of leadership, unrealistic expectations, and the inability to adapt are common reasons for nonprofit failures. This session will be the first in a series of sessions on basic business skills offered by TCN in partnership with TriCounty SCORE to help local nonprofit leaders be successful and grow their nonprofits.
