POLAR RUN 2025

Start 2025 off right with the Polar Run 5k or 2.25 race and FUN RUN! The Polar Run has been created as a key component in an effort to raise awareness throughout the tri-county area of the importance of being physically active. This event is being held in conjunction with the Polar Plunge hosted by Pottstown Parks & Recreation. No need to plunge (now in it’s 16th year) in order to run, but if you are crazy enough to do so, GO FOR IT! Sponsored by the Manatawny Athletic Club, whose sole mission is to help people of varying athletic and fitness levels engage in healthy lifestyles through fun, community oriented, judgement-free programming and events.
