Information Session: Fall 2023 Grant Cycle

A hybrid information session will be held at Montgomery County Community College and on Zoom to discuss Pottstown Area Health & Wellness Foundation’s simplified application process Sept. 7 from 10 a.m. to noon. Topics of discussion will include program areas, the Foundation’s new grants management software, and resources available to applicants.
