In Developing Youth Potential, Early Childhood Development, $85,000 was awarded for three projects.  

• The Arc Alliance Children’s Services: Increasing Early Intervention Impact through Technology ($15,000)
• Maternity Care Coalition: Early Head Start ($50,000) 
• Family Services of Montgomery County: Triple P, Positive Parenting Program ($20,000)
