TCN: Utilizing Your Donor Database

In this session, participants will look at specific codes, report formats, how to enact analytics we’ve discussed in earlier sessions, and how the business and fund development can both be driven by your donor database.

This session will teach you how to better use your donor database and analytics to track open rates, impressions, and other metrics, as well as how to use donor database reports to increase donor recruitment and retention: Additionally, you will learn donor database efficiencies that will save time and provide more targeted information for improved fund development.
