Responsibilities:

• Works closely with Board of Directors and committees to ensure the Foundation’s goals are being met.
• Interacts with community groups, non-profit organizations and school districts to promote the health and wellness of Pottstown area residents.
• Oversees professional staff, which is charged with executing initiatives and programs generated by the board and committees.

Education: B.A., Economics, Carnegie Mellon University; Certificate in Fund Raising Management, The Fund Raising School at the Center on Philanthropy, Indiana University; Certificate, Penn State Management Institute

Board Member, Pottstown Area Industrial Development Authority (P.A.I.D.); Board Member, TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce; Founding Member, TriCounty Health Council; Member, Pennsylvania Health Funders Collaborative

Joint State Government Commission on Childhood Obesity 2013-2014; PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources SCORP (Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreational Plan) – Technical Advisory Committee Member five-year planning committee, 2013-2014

Hobbies:
Proudly riding a yellow (Bike Pottstown) bicycle, walking to work, spending time with family, spending time in or by an ocean, lake, river or mountain, growing people and plants, and enjoying blueberries and vanilla yogurt
