Juan Carlos’ Salsa Fresca


  • 2 cups tomato, diced
  • 1 small Spanish onion or red onion, diced
  • 2-6 Jalapeno peppers with seeds, diced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • Fresh lime juice to taste
  • Sea salt or low sodium salt to taste


Combine all ingredients and serve with baked chips or as an accompaniment to any entree.
