Juan Carlos’ Salsa Fresca
- 2 cups tomato, diced
- 1 small Spanish onion or red onion, diced
- 2-6 Jalapeno peppers with seeds, diced
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- Fresh lime juice to taste
- Sea salt or low sodium salt to taste
Combine all ingredients and serve with baked chips or as an accompaniment to any entree.
