Sometimes the same old same old just doesn't cut it. If you're bored with your go-to fitness routines, try going out of your comfort zone and trying something new.
First, find what is available in your area. A great and FREE resource to use is the MINDBODY app. It's a great tool that allows you to find fitness, wellness and beauty resources in your area. You create a profile and can explore local gyms, fitness centers, salons, etc. What's even better is each category is broken down even further to help you find exactly what you're looking for. For example, clicking on the "Fitness," option opens a brand new tab which allows you to narrow down exactly what type of exercise you're looking to try such as Yoga, Barre, Pilates, Indoor Cycling, CrossFit, Group exercise and more!
MINDBODY even allows you to "save" your favorite locations and schedule the classes you love right from your phone. It also keeps you updated with the latest deals in your area so you can finally try that new TRX or Zumba class you've been eyeing up with the coupons offered. It keeps you organized and on time, adding the classes you book via your phone directly to your mobile calendars. It's a piece of cake and takes the headache out of finding something you'll enjoy.
Keep trying different workouts until you find something you truly love doing. Who knows, you may find your next can't-live-without workout method.
