Super Bowl Sunday usually features delicious game-day snacks like pizza, hoagies chips and dips, you name it, it's there to snack on! After a day on the couch watching the big game, mindlessly snacking one thing after the next, after the next, it's time for a little detox.
Fuel up: To get your energy levels back up and get rid of that sluggish feeling caused by all the processed foods you ingested the day before, grab water and some of these energy-boosting foods. Cleanse your system, beat the bloat and start your week off right!
Move it, Move it: We like to MOVE IT! Less sitting today and more moving around! Go for a walk, get in a quick workout or just move around more than you normally would throughout the day. After a day of sitting on the couch, sitting at your desk all day is not the best for your body. Stretch your legs, get some fresh air and get up!
