Happy 2017! With a new year, comes new goals and hopes for the 365 days ahead. It's day six of the new year---have you being carrying out those goals? Don't beat yourself up if you've fallen off the wagon already. Why? Because healthy living isn't just a resolution, it's a lifestyle.
Don't give up after a setback or if you're not immediately seeing results in whatever you're trying to accomplish. Consistency is key. Keep at it and ease back in when you lose sight of the task at hand.
