If you constantly struggle to get out of your cozy bed in the morning, hitting the snooze button over and over, try some of these methods to jump start your day!
Exercise: While it may not be the most enticing thing to ever get you out of bed, get MOVING in the morning. Take the initiative and head to that spin class, go for a run or just do some light stretching and yoga as you stumble out of bed. Whatever gets your blood flowing, do it and keep it up!
Healthy Breakfast: Set yourself up for success with a yummy breakfast that has all the nutrients you need to prepare your body for the day ahead. Whether it's a green smoothie, eggs and bacon or a stack of pancakes, make sure you fuel up before heading out the door.
Avoid Technology: As tempting as it may be, don't check your email first thing in the morning. It will only distract you and kick the stress into overload, taking your focus away from your morning prep. Leave it till you get to the office! It.can.wait.
