January marks the start of a new year, but for many people, it also marks the start of a renewed attempt to lose weight or get in shape. It becomes a race to see how fast they can build biceps or drop a pants size. However, good health is more than a fad diet plan or the latest exercise trend. Living a healthy lifestyle isn't a sprint—it's a marathon.
