Over the past week, I've made some changes in my daily habits and routines to help me be the best I can be in mind, body and spirit.
I’ve done a pretty good job this year of staying healthy while in grad school. Unfortunately, all the stress and excitement leading up to my final thesis presentation in March finally caught up to me.
