Effective August 12, 2016, Justin Keller will complete his tenure as regional recreation coordinator of the Pottstown Metropolitan Regional Planning Committee (PMRPC) and will replace Erica Batdorf (Weekley) as the Borough of Pottstown’s assistant manager.
