Snacks on snacks: Overeating and stress-eating is a real thing. Don't be a zombie. Try to separate meal times from screen time and enjoy your food. Don't feel like you have to eat everything that's put in front of you. Be diligent about the things you're putting into your body and try to avoid mindless snacking out of boredom.
Eat to fuel your body: With that being said, healthy eating shouldn't cause you stress, make you miserable or deprive you. Quite the opposite as restricting yourself is never a good idea. Here are some tips from Health that show healthy eating isn't so hard after all. You never know until you try!
Attitude is key: You have the power to control you own happiness. Don't let anyone or anything change that. You can't control others, but you can control how you let their actions affect you. Negativity and doubt are no match for you. Keep your head up and keep it moving.
Burnout: Feeling the pressure lately? Whether at home, work, or school, sometimes feel a wave of stress that just won't let up. Sometimes, it's best to hit it head on, but know that this too shall pass. Those overwhelming feelings can be silenced with these helpful tips. Ditch the stress and invite fun, laughter and happiness in. You only have one life to live, so why not enjoy it?
